When purchasing a prepaid program the client acknowledges that the Pre Paid treatments fees is not refundable neither in part nor in whole, in the event that the client’s circumstances change, or in the event the client fails to attend or discontinue any treatments. Installment are to be paid as per the treatment agreement form signed at the program purchase.

Treatment are/s must be serviced together on the same day. In the case the client is unable to treat the entire area/s the prepaid treatment program area/s will be forfeited off that treatment and package. The treatment program is not transferable to other treatments, other individuals or clinic.

We required at least 48 hours notice to be given for any appointment cancellation. If you cancel within 48hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to forfeit your prepaid treatment. All 6 TP ( treatment Package) Prepaid programs will expire 12 months from the date of the purchase, any 10TP( Treatment Package) Prepaid programs will be expire after 18 months from date of purchase. Deposit paid for service/ treatments are non refundable.
